Oakfire Pizza and Brewing

 

 

Whether you call Belton home or visit this quaint town, you should experience Oakfire Pizza and Brewing!

Inside the atmosphere is warm and welcoming with kind attentive servers. From the balcony, one can breathe in the beauty of downtown Belton. This is the perfect place for a first date, a day out with friends, or even some family time. The menu offers a selection of specialized pizzas, calzones, wings, and salads. They even offer a kids menu and as for the adults, there is a drink menu with a large selection of wines and domestic craft-brewed beer. 

The pizza is cooked in a wood-fired pizza and freshly made to order. Unlike store-bought pizza or delivery-style pizza, this in-house pizza is light, perfectly seasoned, and tastes fantastic. 

This past weekend I went back to Oakfire Pizza for my second time in hopes to get a table on the rooftop that looked over the city. The weather may have seemed dreary to some, but I thoroughly enjoy it. It was lightly misting so my boyfriend and I requested to sit outside for the best view. The host kindly let us know that although we could eat outside that it may rain again and the tables were wet.

We took her kind words graciously but still chose to sit under the storm clouds to indulge in our oven-baked pizza. As we went to dry down a bench to sit on, the sweet host and waiter of the evening brought us a dry table and chairs. We went the entire evening without a single complaint from the staff. It was a great experience with a great staff. I will definitely be returning!
